UI/UX Design

In 2021 I was hired to redesign the Bureau of Street Lighting website. This involved interviewing and surveying different user groups within the department to improve the usability of the website. I also created a design system for the developer of this new website. During the intial research I created a user persona to demonstrate the flow of the new website to the client. I created a sitemap and wireframes and here are the final prototypes for the desktop and mobile views of the website. I used Adobe® XD to create these prototypes and design system.

Objective:
Make a mobile version of the website so that the new website scales proportionately on various screen sizes as the current website doesn‘t do this. Another goal with this new website was to convert existing PDF and Microsoft Word® forms and other documents into HTML so that it is searchable and comforms to a consistent look and feel of the new website.
